The state entry fee is
$475 .
A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required to have
official paperwork sent to you. The application fee will be
credited toward the $475 entry fee.

Please also include a photo that will be
used for the website.
To receive paperwork and be considered as a
contestant, the application fee must be paid in full. If you would like
