Miss Oklahoma Jr. Teen
International
Ages 10 - 12*
The title of Miss Jr.
Teen Oklahoma International will not be recognized by
the National pageant and is only a State level title.
Winning the title of Miss Jr. Teen Oklahoma allows the
chosen girl to represent our state at many
functions along with her older Oklahoma International
"sisters". She will be included in as many
appearances as possible and that she is interested in
attending. The Jr. Teen division is a preparatory
division for those who will eventually compete for the
title of Miss Teen Oklahoma International. We are
looking for bright, well spoken girls with a passion for
family and community.
Contestants will compete for
the title of Miss Jr. Teen Oklahoma during the Oklahoma
International Pageant weekend April 25, 2009 in
Stillwater, OK. The winner will be crowned on Saturday
night and her first official duties will be to help
crown the new Oklahoma International queens on Sunday.
Judging Criteria
On Stage Presentation
(50%) - Contestant will prepare a 1 minute answer to
the question, "Why I want to be Miss Oklahoma Jr. Teen".
Contestant will be judged on personality, confidence,
and speaking
ability.
Fun Fashion Wear (25%)
- Contestant will model a fun fashion outfit that shows
her personality and style. Contestant will be
judged on personality, style, and confidence.
Evening Wear (25%) -
Contestant will model age appropriate evening wear. She
will be judged on overall appearance, style, grace, confidence and
stage presence.
Entry fee for the Miss Jr.
Teen division is $125. Please fill out the form
below and submit a $50 non-refundable application fee to
begin the paperwork process and reserve your local
title.
Deadline for entry and
all paperwork is April 4, 2009. No exceptions.
